Time to License Man's Best Friend!

All dogs older than 6 months must be licensed with the Town Clerk's Office where the owner or keeper of the dog resides within 30 days of ownership.

NOTE: DOG LICENSES SHOWING THE YEAR 2024 MUST BE RENEWED BY 03/31/2025 TO AVOID POTENTIAL FINES OR LATE FINES:

All licensing takes place the month of April. The NEW FEES for such license are as follows:

Neutered male and/or spayed female: 1 year 2years 3 years
$5.00 $10.00 $15.00

Un-neutered male and/or un-spayed female: $10.00 $20.00 $25.00

Dog licenses may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk or by mail with a stamped self-addressed return envelope.

Prior to issuing the license proof of current rabies vaccination is required.

A fine of $25 shall be collected along with the license fee for each dog whose registration is not renewed during the month of April.

Lost tags may be replaced upon payment of a fee of $1
