Inactive Voter Postcards from Town Clerk

The Town Clerk's office will soon be sending out postcards to some voters.

According to our records, these postcards will be sent to those voters who have not answered the annual street listing (census) as required by law (MGL Ch. 31 Section 4). Therefore, their name will be designated as “inactive voter" on the voting list. By completing and returning this postcard, inactive voters will be updated to active if they are still living in Shelburne. It will also prevent you from having to fill out additional forms the next time you come to the polls to vote. Thank you for your understanding.
