Electricity Aggregation Program Update Regarding Pricing

New Rates are Coming in January 2026

Effective 2/1/25, Eversource’s Residential Basic Service rate will be $0.11719 per kWh, which is below the Town’s aggregation rates of $0.14159 per kWh. Residents wishing to opt out of the Town's Aggregation Program may do so by following the instructions below:

Go to colonialpowergroup.com/shelburne, click the OPT-OUT button and follow the instructions specified or call Dynegy at (866) 220-5696.

Please note that Eversource's rate will change again in August therefore, it is important to know that if their prices increase above the Town's aggregation rate, residents can re-enroll with Colonial Power. We will do our best to keep residents informed of the rates via the website and the TwoTown Newsletter.
