Who we are
A three member commission is appointed by the Select Board to three year terms, sequentially.

What we do
The Board oversees along with the Town of Buckland Sewer Commission the Shelburne Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Collection System.
The Board also oversees the Shelburne pumping station, develops the annual budget, sets the sewer rate yearly and oversees repairs and expansion of the Village of Shelburne’s Collection System.
